1. Warranty Coverage :

Standard Warranty: Every laptop purchased from Civiczon comes with a 1-year limited warranty the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Extended Warranty:You can extend your warranty for up to an additional 2 years our Extended Warranty Program. For more information, please visit our warranty extension page or contact customer support.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:Some laptops come with a manufacturer warranty that may offer coverage beyond our standard warranty. Please check the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturer of your laptop.

 

2. What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers the following:

Defects in Materials or Workmanship:If your laptop experiences issues related to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

Hardware Failures: This includes problems with the laptop’s motherboard, hard drive, keyboard, screen, and other internal components under normal use conditions.

Battery Issues: If your battery fails or loses its charge capacity within the warranty period (under normal usage), it will be replaced or repaired.

 

3. What’s Not Covered?

The following are not covered under our warranty:

Accidental Damage:Damage caused by drops, spills, cracks, or other accidents is not covered.

Wear and Tear: Issues resulting from normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, battery wear over time) are not covered.

Improper Use:Damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is excluded from the warranty.

Software Issues: Our warranty does not cover software problems, operating system errors, or issues caused by viruses or malware.

Third-Party Accessories:Damage caused by third-party accessories or peripherals not purchased from [Civiczon] is not covered.

 

4. Warranty Process :

Claiming Warranty:If you experience an issue with your laptop within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at info(at)civiczon.com or call 9999391299. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement.

Return Authorization: Before sending the laptop back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team. Please ensure that the laptop is packaged securely to prevent further damage during shipment.

Repair or Replacement: Upon receiving your laptop, we will assess the issue. If it’s covered under warranty, we will either:

Repair the laptop at no cost, or

Replace the laptop with a similar or equivalent model if the damage is beyond repair.

Turnaround Time: The typical repair or replacement time is 5-10 business days, depending on the nature of the issue. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

 

5. Extended Warranty :

For peace of mind beyond the standard 1-year period, we offer an Extended Warranty that provides additional coverage for up to 2 years the standard warranty. The extended warranty covers the same defects, hardware issues, and battery problems as the standard warranty, giving you extra protection.

How to Add:You can add the Extended Warranty at checkout or purchase it separately within 30 days of receiving your laptop.

Transferable Warranty:The extended warranty is transferable to a new owner, making it a great option for resale.

 

6. International Warranty Coverage :

Global Coverage:Our warranty is valid internationally. However, if you need warranty service outside your country of purchase, we may require that the laptop be sent to the nearest authorized service center for repair.

Shipping Costs: For international warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to and from the service center.

 

7. Warranty Limitations :

Limitation of Liability: Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the laptop. We do not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

State-Specific Laws:Some jurisdictions may have laws that provide additional rights beyond the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
